Emerge Safe is an elearning module focused on keeping you and everyone at your place of work safe. It focuses on having the courage to speak up for safety no matter what your experience is. If it looks unsafe, speak up. This is a helpful tool for people working in a dangerous workplace or just an everyday office. You will be engaged as learn about how you can make yourself and your coworkers safer. Speaking up for safety is everyone’s job.
'Emerge Energy' is oil and gas industry training for the 21st century. Whether you are new to oil and gas, providing goods and services to industry or just looking to refresh your knowledge, Emerge Energy is the course for you. It is a combination of two eLearning modules. The Exploration module explains how petroleum geologists and geophysicists search for hydrocarbon deposits beneath the Earth's surface, such as oil and natural gas. The drilling and completions module explains the process of drilling a well and extracting the hydrocarbons from the well. You will gain key industry knowledge while having fun and being engaged.
EmergePerform provides performance management support for company managers, supervisors and employees. The tools, exercises and practical advice will help you make the shift from "once a year" performance reviews to having regular and meaningful conversations about performance at all levels: individual performance; team performance; company performance; and industry performance.

OilSimEX is a new, leading-edge course that provides a comprehensive, hands-on, and unique introduction to the oil and gas industry. This course is great for people new to the industry, working in technical or non-technical roles, providing services and goods or just needing a refresher. This course includes two elearning Modules (20 minutes each) and two classroom days that includes OilSim team Simulation. OilSim uses technology to simulate exploring for oil and gas, leveraging partnerships to reduce risk, manage land and drilling process while maximizing return on investment.
